Terms of Warranty
Standard Warranty:
(4) Mitaco Ptd Ltd warranty is a back to base warranty, meaning it is the customers responsibility to return the faulty goods to the store of purchase. Mitaco will then assess the item and repair or replace the faulty item as deemed suitable.

Footware/Workwear Policy:
Faulty or Flawed Goods: We are happy to offer you an exchange if the goods are defective through no fault of the consumer, goods are to be returned by post within 7 working days and in its original packaging. Please contact us to lodge your return.
Goods damaged in transit: Provide us an email within 24 hours of receiving the goods with photos and a description of damage.
Change of mind: For health reasons, change of mind returns will not be accepted on footware. Mitaco does not offer a comfort guarantee and will not accept returns of worn goods.
Footware/Workwear: If you have ordered the wrong size footware or workwear when possible, we will be happy to exchange sizes. You will be required to return the goods at your expense within 7 working days. The goods must be returned in brand-new, unused, unworn condition in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached. We will not exchange size/s if the line is no longer available, your exchange size/colour is not in stock, or you notify us outside of 7 working days. The Client is responsible for the freight cost to post out the new size item/s.
If we, the supplier may in our absolute discretion accept non-defective merchandise for return or exchange, we require the Client to pay handling fees of up to ten percent (10%) of the value of the returned Goods and freight costs are non-refundable, the restore fee and freight cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The goods must be returned in original brand-new, unused, and unworn condition along with the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached.
Mack Warranty: This Warranty lasts for 6 months from date of purchase by you as the consumer ("you"), as shown on your purchase receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase, or 12 months from date of manufacture, whichever is the longer period. The date of manufacture is on a tag attached to the product. Coverage ends, however, if you sell or transfer the product, or give it to someone else. This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in Mack Boots manufactured footwear. Mack Boots does not warrant and is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, laundering and the natural breakdown of materials over time or used in a manner contrary to the purpose or suitability of the product or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or other actions which occur after the product leaves our control.
Oliver Warranty: This warranty lasts for 6 months from the date of purchase as shown on your purchase receipt against defective workmanship and/or materials when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended. The warranty is void if in the opinion of Oliver that the product has been misused or subject to excessive wear and tear including exposure to chemicals, cement, lime or heat if the footwear has not been designed to be used in these environments.
